Wouter Mooi

For nearly two decades, Wouter has led global transformations, driving business growth, innovation, and profitability improvement. Before joining Trivium Packaging, he served as Managing Director Europe at Scholle IPN (now part of SIG) and held senior leadership roles at Greif and GE. Wouter has significant experience leading commercial transformations and building multinational teams across five countries, including high-growth and turnaround environments. He is also well-versed in driving commercial excellence within different ownership structures, including blue-chip, family-owned, and private equity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an MBA from the University of Groningen.
